Standard UK Deliveries
Unless stated otherwise, all of our parts / accessories are subject to a £4.50 post & packing, unless the order is £100.00 or above when we will ship FREE of charge to UK mainland addresses (excluding Islands and Highlands).The price you see for a product is the price you pay. Most of our products are delivered on 2-3 Day Service, stock levels permitting. You must notify us via email within 24 hours if your goods are subsequently found to be damaged.
Delivery to EU Countries
Deliveries to EU Countries are charged at £8.95 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to dispatch. For enquiries, please contact us
Delivery to Countries outside the EU
Deliveries to Countries outside of the EU are charged at £12.95 per order but certain shipments may be more expensive. If this is the case, we will contact you prior to dispatch. For enquiries, please contact us
If you order products for delivery outside of the UK, they may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied when the delivery reaches the specified address. You will be responsible for payment of any such import duties and taxes. Please be aware that we have no control over these charges and cannot predict their amounts. If you are unsure of these charges please contact your local customs office for further information before placing your order.
Please take particular care with regards to entering your personal address information on Paypal. If your house has a name and a number then it is imperative that both are entered when inputting your address. Also, please take care to enter the post code correctly. Your address details MUST EXACTLY MATCH the billing address of your credit/debit card as recorded on your monthly statements. Payment will be rejected if these details do not match.
Additional delivery charges will be added after consultation with the customer at time of processing, and will not appear on your invoice unless a reprint is requested.
